You’ll receive a thorough interior and exterior inspection of your home to determine sources of groundwater intrusion and also to ensure there are no signs of water coming from somewhere else (plumbing leak, water heater, HVAC system, etc.). You’ll be educated you on the different approaches to waterproofing and discuss the pros and cons of each.
Crawl Space Moisture
You’ll receive a thorough inspection of your crawlspace and the living space above it to determine the extent of any damage high moisture may have caused. You’ll be educated you on moisture and mold control in crawlspaces, the different standard approaches to addressing moisture, and the pros and cons of each.
Foundation Repair
You’ll receive a thorough inspection of your foundation, inside and out, to determine whether any structural movement, etc., has taken place, find out what caused it, and will be educated you on causes of foundation movement or deterioration, the approaches to correcting or stopping it, and the pros and cons of each.
